


SWEET MANDARIN TAG ALONG CHINA TOURS – MARCH 2010
If you are a foodie with a spirit of adventure, you must book this once in a lifetime experience. We’re teaming up with cookery schools in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong for a special Sweet Mandarin Cooking School tour to China in March 2010. Lisa Tse, owner and head chef of Sweet Mandarin Cookery School will also be joining you – so this is a great way for lovers of Chinese food and culture to see a unique side of China. There are two tours and the dates are as follows:

* March 8th – 14th 2010
The Tag-along concept is simple – book your own flights and accommodation (use frequent flyer miles or hotel discount cards) and meet our team for a week packed with the sights, sounds and tastes of China – learn different cooking techniques of the different regions of China and eat to your heart and stomach’s content.
On each tour you will be accompanied by a resident guide or Chef Lisa of Sweet Mandarin, who will help unravel the mysteries and complexities of Chinese food and culture.
HOW TO BOOK
Chef Lisa owns an award winning restaurant and sought after cookery school. Her contacts with China are second to none and foodies will find this tour of China fun, informative, mouth-watering and an eye-opener. If you are planning a holiday to China, then join us. A seven day tour costs £1,000 and includes all the street food, lunches and access to chef/cookery school experiences. Booking costs must be paid one month in advance prior to departure.
