“The Sweet Mandarin Cookery School gave me just the best introduction to chinese cuisine. In relaxed surroundings at the actual restaurant, Lisa taught us the origins behind dishes, how to make popular starters and soups, how to prepare the food, and lastly to cook main courses on the commercial woks which was great fun! This informative and extremely enjoyable session would make a great gift for someone or would be perfect for anyone looking to take their chinese cooking to the next level!”
