Living TV: Made In Manchester Jan 2005: The Tse sisters show us around the Northern Quarter and the first high street of Manchester where their restaurant, Sweet Mandarin is located.

 BBC Blue Peter : Cooking up a banquet for Chinese New Year Feb 2005: The Tse sisters create firecracker king prawns, tropical fried rice, Buddha’s golden picnic basket and a Red Rooster cocktail to celebrate the Year of the Rooster. Check out the fruit origami – swan apples, frog cucumbers and melon boats.

 BBC Dragons Den Sept 2005: The Tse sisters pitch to the dragons with the prospect of buying into the Sweet Mandarin ready meal business.

 Phoenix TV Hong Kong and Beijing July 2005: The Tse sisters join Manchester United Football Club on their Asian tour, rub shoulders with Sir Alex Ferguson and the players and return to their roots.
